Since 1946, the BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Group has grown to become a prominent, globally active corporate group, known for reliable, top of the range compressors.

The product range includes industrial air and gas compressors, mobile and stationary breathing air compressors and processing, storage and distribution systems as well as screw compressors, natural gas vehicle refuelling stations and custom-built units for special applications.

The product range, reaching from portable compressors to highly complex industrial compressor systems forms a strong base for our market leadership. In close cooperation with our customers and suppliers, we aim to constantly improve the standards that we are setting and to deliver optimal engineering services and technical support.

As long ago as the 1950s, BAUER recognised the trend towards increasing market interdependence and reacted by systematically forging international alliances to benefit from the chances of global markets. With the foundation of foreign subsidiaries in the 1970s, this strategy matured to form a global sales and servicing network. This vision has contributed enormously to our company success.

Being a Global Player on the international high pressure and screw compressor market, the BAUER Group owns a market share of more than 70% in breathing air applications.
