BY-PASS Valve for gas injection panel

Located between the mould and the panel regulation valve, the BY-PASS valve drains directly to the atmosphere the contaminated Nitrogen. This system permits to reduce the maintenance frequencies of the regulation valves due to the pollution from volatile additives in the polymers.

rapid action hose couplings permit ting an easy setting between the panel and the mould.

Operation:

Its operation doesn't require any logic of external driving. Th valve internal mechanics is managed by the injection pressure of the regulation valve. The reactivity of its mechanics always permits to inject or drain gas in the shape of steps or pressure ramps.
