External Operational Controls

External B-Control Display
for connection to the Master-Display of the compressor unit with same indication and control functions as the Master-Display.

B-CONTROL Control Panel
External Panel consisting of:

Emergency-OFF Module
Required if cable length between compressor unit and operational controls exceeds 25m up to max. 100m. Other cable length see accessories.

Extension of the Electronic Compressor Control B-CONTROL Basic with external microprocessor and interface for interconnected operation / communi-cation resp. for installation of Pressure / Temperature Modules:

Interstage pressure measuring with display of the values on the B-CONTROL display. In case of exceeded standard values, the compressor unit is stopped and the source of fault is indicated on the displayt.

Interconnected operation of up to 4 compressor units for pressure controlled basic and peak load operation; automatic change of the constant load amongst the connected compressors.

For the basic load exchange the elapsed time of each compressor unit is interrogated sequentially. The master compressor unit recognizes faulty compressor unit within the interconnection.

Interface module for communication with a CAN-bus compatible process control system.

Bus cable for interconnected operation and connecting cable for pressure sensor see accessories.

Compressor units, which are not equipped with compressor control incl. interconnected operation (active), can be operated as interconneted units.

The module interconneted operation (passive) is only required for the master compressor unit.
