Project Manager (m/f)
For our location in Abu Dhabi/Dubai we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f) to provide local support for all BAUER KOMPRESSOREN natural gas filling station projects, to act as the local interface between the project team, customers, participating companies and BAUER KOMPRESSOREN.
Your duties:
- To organise, manage and supervise projects and the project team locally
- To organise the logistics and infrastructure of projects together with the Site Manager
- To communicate with project management, the customer, the companies involved and BAUER KOMPRESSOREN
- To organise, plan and supervise training courses
- To conduct reporting to the customer and to BAUER KOMPRESSOREN
- To prepare and supervise project schedules
- To conduct internal and external reporting
- To manage the Abu Dhabi location (warehouse management, personnel)
- To conduct accounting activities
Our requirements:
You have technical training in the field of mechanical engineering or a related area. You also have at least 5 years’ professional experience in a similar position (project experience), preferably in Middle Eastern countries and ideally in the United Arab Emirates. You are used to working in a self-motivated, independent, committed, target and solution-oriented manner. You show strong organisational skills, management competence, and the ability to work as part of a team and in a structured manner. Your skills are rounded off by excellent written and verbal English skills and by confident use of Microsoft Office and ERP programs. Knowledge of the compressor area is also desirable.

Site Manager (m/f)
For our location in Abu Dhabi/Dubai we are looking for a Site Manager (m/f) to provide local support for the BAUER KOMPRESSOREN natural gas refuelling project, to act as the local interface between service technicians, service management, project management and the customer.
Your duties:
- To organise, manage and supervise projects and their installation and service locally
- To organise and manage the project team for installation and service
- To organise the logistics and infrastructure of projects
- To communicate with the project management and the technical departments
- To organise the spare parts service and staff workload
- To conduct training courses
- To conduct reporting, produce building site reports, status reports, error statistics, SCC
- To supervise and handle projects locally (system installations)
Our requirements:
You have technical training in the field of mechanical engineering or a related area with an additional electrical or electrotechnical qualification; ideally you are an engineering graduate or a technician. You also have at least 5 years’ professional experience in a similar position, preferably in Middle Eastern countries and ideally in the United Arab Emirates. You are used to working in a self-motivated, independent, committed, target and solution-oriented manner. You show strong organisational skills, management competence, and the ability to work as part of a team and in a structured manner. Your skills are rounded off by excellent written and verbal English skills and by confident use of Microsoft Office and ERP programs. Knowledge of the compressor area is also desirable.
